The application period for this BTO exercise is from 16 Nov 09 to 30 Nov 09.
Households interested in buying a flat in buying a flat in Punggol Ripples can submit their application online at HDB’s InfoWEB from 16 Nov 09 (Mon) to 30 Nov 2009 (Mon). The administrative fee of $10 is payable by cashcard or credit card (Master Card / Visa). Those without Internet access can visit HDB Hub or any of HDB’s Branch Offices to submit their application via the e-Stations or Internet PCs that are available for use.
Each household can submit only one application and must indicate the flat type (i.e. 2-room or 3-room) that they are applying for.
The Estimated Delivery Possession Date (EDPD) for Punggol Ripples is 31 Mar 2014 and 31 May 2014. The EDPD is an estimate of the date that HDB is required under the Agreement for Lease to deliver possession of the flat. Applicants will be informed of the actual Delivery Possession Date during the signing of the Agreement for Lease. The flats may be completed earlier, depending on the progress of construction. Punggol Ripples are expected to be completed by 1st Qtr 2013 and 2nd Qtr 2013.
